At Aura Casting in the San Francisco Bay Area, we have cast hundreds of projects, a lot of them being in the Bay Area. Believe it or not, a lot of these projects were cast outside of the Bay Area, and even outside of California!
Casting Beyond the Bay
Although Aura Casting calls the San Francisco Bay Area home, our work isn’t limited to the Bay. When the pandemic shifted much of the industry online, productions had to rethink how they planned and executed projects. That’s where we came in! We bring a fully virtual casting approach that makes it possible to cast talent from anywhere. Self tapes, virtual callbacks and online casting platforms allow us and producers to review talent without requiring everyone to be in the same city. This way, production can work with us while still having access to local talent wherever their production is filming.

We have cast in multiple states including California, Hawaii, Nevada, Arizona, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, New York, Ohio, Illinois, Texas, and Colorado. Casting outside of one area opens the door to a wider talent pool.

Productions today are filmed all over the country in cities such as Atlanta, Phoenix, Portland, Nashville, the list goes on! Our team is spread out across the country and are experienced in supporting projects in markets in and outside of California.
