Last week, we produced a shoot dedicated for gathering video testimonials for our casting service.

Over two colorful days in our Walnut Creek office, we turned the camera on the people who make Aura Casting what it is: our producer partners, talent agents, and the incredible actors we’ve had the privilege to cast.

In total, we captured honest, thoughtful testimonials from 20 different collaborators — all to bring our service to life for future clients who may not know us yet.

The shoot was led by Aura’s founder, Taylor, who interviewed each guest personally. We set the tone with six vibrant backdrops — red, orange, green, light blue, dark blue, and purple — mirroring our rainbow Aura logo and representing the energy, variety, and personality we bring to every project.

What we heard was both affirming and inspiring. Producers talked about the relief of having us step in so they could focus their time elsewhere. Agents reflected on seamless, collaborative casting experiences. Actors shared how bookings through Aura led to major milestones — including joining SAG-AFTRA.

One of the most powerful takeaways?

Everyone had a different story, but the common threads were speed, collaboration, support, and fun — all things we strive to deliver every day.

We were lucky to have the talented Danni Delgado on hair and makeup, and we also captured tons of behind-the-scenes moments. While the focus was on video, this project is part of a larger push to bring our website and social channels to life — and to give new clients a real sense of who we are and how we work.

At Aura, we’re always looking for creative ways to connect — whether it’s how we market ourselves or how we find the perfect talent for your next project. This shoot is just one more example of our commitment to doing things differently, and doing them well.

Stay tuned for the finished content — and if you want to know more about what we do, check out our latest work.
