Here at Aura Casting in the San Francisco Bay Area, April was our busiest month to date at the company. Our team spent countless hours ensuring every projects needs were met.
Over the past few weeks, we had the opportunity to work across an exciting mix of commercial campaigns and branded content with some amazing directors, producers, and client partners. Some new and returning clients, some we have cast for before. We saw thousands of self tapes from actors that delivered incredible auditions; seeing talent consistently audition across various projects is always one of the most rewarding parts of casting.
Behind the scenes, our team was constantly moving:
Reviewing thousands of submissions (8,469 submissions to be exact)
Organizing 2 virtual callback sessions
Casting 16 projects across the month of April
Supporting all 16 projects through various deadlines and creative needs
Casting 74 talent total in April across projects
We have never experienced this before at Aura Casting. It was fast-paced, exciting, and rewarding. We’re proud to continue to help connect the right talent with the right projects and meet our clients exact needs.
