Meet the Team
Taylor Lambert, CSA
Founder, Casting Director
With 15 years of industry experience, Taylor has a deep understanding of all sides of production. During the pandemic, he recognized a major pain point producers were facing with auditions, and launched Aura Casting in 2020, a virtual approach to castings. Now having cast over 180 projects, in 10 states, with 95 satisfied clients, Taylor feels invigorated to spread the service to even more producers and directors who would appreciate the support.
Emily Parsons
Senior Casting Associate
Emily started her career in Los Angeles and has over a decade of experience working in front of and behind the camera. She started casting in 2019 and has been fortunate to work on 100+ projects across the US as the Senior Casting Associate of Aura. Emily is passionate about bringing emerging comedic voices to the screen, so she is particularly thrilled when a hilarious project slides across her desktop.
Jax Burke, CSA
Casting Director
Jax has 13+ years in production as a Casting Director and Producer. Professionally, her proudest moments include casting the first openly gay couple in a Disney commercial and producing an episode on a glacier for an Emmy award winning show. Personally, her achievements include karaoke'ing on 6 continents and appearing on Name That Tune with Jane Krakowski.
Andre Saballette
Casting Assistant
Andre Saballette is an independent filmmaker and producer from Philadelphia, PA. With about a decade of experience in commercial film and television, he is now focused on producing and distributing original projects through his production company, BoatHouse Pictures. Andre joined the Aura team in spring of 2023 and really enjoys contributing to the work.
Daniel Hoyos
Casting Assistant
Daniel Hoyos is an experienced casting assistant who has worked with various clients including Lenovo and LA Fitness to find the perfect actors that will bring their commercials to life. Originally from Seattle, after learning about all different aspects of talent representation by working as a LA talent agent, Daniel moved into casting during the pandemic.
Whitney Hisako Moore
Content Creator
Whitney is currently pursuing a BFA in Drama at NYU Tisch School of the Arts. She strives to utilize her passion for theatre to create a positive impact and serves as Founder/Artistic Director at CROWNE. Whitney is thrilled to be collaborating with Aura Casting and supporting future projects!
