Encapsulating San Francisco through Casting

Casting a travel spot that highlights San Francisco is kinda like being a tourist in your own city. Fun and familiar with a fresh perspective of the sights! When we got the call from Imposter to work on a travel commercial for Viator, Aura jumped at the chance to rep our City by the Bay.

The star of the show was none other than our hippie tour guide, who, like the city itself, was quirky, colorful, and full of character. And what better way to add to the character than by leading a segway tour through the bustling streets?

Our search for the perfect ensemble had us scouring every nook and cranny of the Bay Area. Not only did we need a comedic and cohesive family, we needed a tour guide who embodied the free-spirited nature of San Francisco. Someone who could lead our viewers on an adventure through the city's many popular and hidden landmarks. The self tapes and Zoom callbacks that had us laughing, crying, and shaking our heads in awe as we met an array of individuals from all walks of life.

Needless to say, we're thrilled with the final product. The commercial perfectly captures the essence of San Francisco, its people, and the adventures that await.
